Life

Humans are not naturally good creatures. We are naturally self-serving, pain causing, wenches that only superficially thinks of others, and even then it is often in a manner of self-preserving interest and fulfilling one's own needs, with little heed to the needs of others. This is all before we factor in sex, which I've found will cause anyone to abandon even their dearest friend in favor of it. We as a society have no self-control, we are losing our self-consciousness and have little to no shame. We are losing our touch with the community, we are becoming more cruel and unusual. We put constant pressure on everyone to become cruel, we pressure those who are not like us to be like us regardless as to the consequences, we look to make others as selfish and perverted as we are. Our sense of happiness is fleeting and we always crave more and more of it. Our education system is failing, we have lost more of our brethren to irresponsible driving in a single year than we have lost in a decade of war. Our will is weak, we cannot finish the jobs that we set out to do, our memories are painfully short. We are falling behind in every category, our national pride has turned into national shame, and yet the people responsible for it, that is to say us, are so depraved that we don't even realize it. The government now has the right to kill citizens without a warrant, innocent but accused people are being forced to waive their right to a speedy trial, we are enforcing a code of speech conduct that is based solely on political agenda, heaven forbid you speak the truth. We are blaming inanimate objects for killing people, instead of actually assigning responsibility to the individual who made the conscious choice to use a weapon and kill we assign the responsibility to an object meanwhile we fight to make it a right to murder one's own child? We claim to be trying to make a productive society yet we reward everyone regardless as to whether any effort was put into it or not? Why is it that various groups fight for 'equality' until it is time for them to pick up the responsibility? How is it that people expect to get everything for nothing?
This world is mad.
Where is the peace between one another? Where is the loyalty? Where is the responsibility? Where is the love? Where is chivalry and honor?
It's all a child's game, it's all child-like thinking; give me I want it now, I don't want to be in any trouble so I won't take any responsibilities, it's all his fault, I'm a perfect little angel that nobody should blame.
And they wonder why I want to opt out of this life! If any of you had your eyes open just a little bit you would see the horror that I see, the selfish uncaring attitudes of those I come across on a daily basis, the constant whining and complaining about every little thing just to make your life seem hard so that you get more attention, the complete and utter disregard for the rule of law, the complete lack of responsibility in those around, being rejected and kept in a negative cycle, seeing both men and women act like utter idiots because the shame it brings may possibly lead to sex, denying and destroying relationships for it… the list just keeps going. Thinking about everything at once is enough to drive one insane, so we choose to do absolutely nothing about it. We shun the truth, we shun the light and embrace the darkness, because it's the easy thing to do.
